The QR code dominates and there are multiple other fields which we would like to incorporate. It is unprofessional to swap and change invoice templates frequently. Not happy. (AccountRight Premier user who is limited by the browser version whilst forced to WFH) Re: Quote not showing company name via web browser I have also discovered this occurs when trying to create invoices using our templates on the browser version - MYOB help tells me displaying the company name is not supported (curious omission for a tax invoice which must show the name of the company/individual being invoiced) .... their other suggestion was to use their online invoice template - which is largely uncustomisable and the footer section really inadequate & a bit 'Mickey Mouse' with large QR code and hyperlinks to online invoice which is not part of our customer requirements nor the image for our business. They have no ability to allow customisation via the browser and being as I cannot attend the office at the moment it is very limiting to business. Re: Invoice customisation Very frustrating how you cannot remove the QR code or make the bank details box bigger OR remove the link to view the invoice online (who wants to do this) .... and the payment terms are simply a due date - not 30 days or 60 days ... also the PO number is larger than the invoice number, you can't easily add fields to add a department or a long address or the contact person ... basically nothing! Re: Customer Name not appearing on printed invoice Also - Why is there not the abilitiy to have additional lines for the adddress on the cloud version - I need to be able to have a line for Attention: Accounts Payable or maybe the name of the building the company is in .... if I try to add both to the address field, they run over one line which looks awkward. Some companies have very particular requirements for their invoices to be addressed. Customer Name not appearing on printed invoice I am having to work solely from my cloud version of MYOB AccountRight and although I can access my old desktop templates for some reason the customers company name is not appearing on the invoices when I save to PDF .... I don't want to play around right now with trying to create a new template which will look totally different to our old invoices - super annoying because some invoices are printing correctly and others are not. Please help!
