Bank deposits from Sep 30th not appearing in MYOB
Has anyone else had issues today with deposit funds appearing in the bank account, but not in MYOB? Westpac had an outage earlier today, and I am wondering if this means that yesterday's deposits won't come into the September quarter in MYOB. I am hoping that someone can please help. I am preparing the monthly bank recs and entered statement date of 31/10. MYOB will only reconcile to today's date, therefore making the reconciliation out of balance by the transactions that have occurred between the 31/10 and today. Update: I worked it out. Need to manually enter the closing bank balance. Previously was autofilled and only required checking. Note to self - read the instructions.457Views0likes1Comment
