On 12th July, she received her first payment and first payslip. What brought up her attention is the "Leave accrued in Advance since start date". The payslip shows only 4.82 hours accrued, which is less than 3.076923 hours per week on the support notes. Could anyone please advise why this happened? The holiday pay due balance is exactly 8% of her gross pay, which makes sense to me. Thank you
