I have now been using account right for over 18 years and during this time the service has completley declined. The call centers are appalling and know one can assist you with even the easiest of issues. I now have the same issue as everyone else, being forced to sue the cloud platform. The cloud platform wouldhave been good if it had ANY similarites to account right platform. It is not easy to navigate and functions are named comletly different hindering the consumer with time wasting activites to try and obtain information that we can find in seconds on account right. How MYOB have won anything is MIND boggling to me and as someone previous stated, they surley did not survey any of the 200000 peple in this community. trouble with electronic payments - reconciling Hi All, I have just commenced wth electronic direct payments which we are paying through our credit card. I have set everything up s per instructons and I am having no probems with preparing electcronic payments and sending and approving the payments-this is all working. My issue is with my GL account and clearing /bank accounts as I am ending up wth a debit to my credit card bank account and unsure where I allocate this amount too. When preparing the payment this clears down the creditors and double entry is correct in the clearing account yet I am either left with a debit to our main bank account or credit card account.
