Hi, We have receved a settlement payment for a motor vehicle. Below is the breakdown: Vehicle Value $52900.00 (Do I create an new account, Assets, Other Current Asset, N-T, name as Insurance Payout 2023) Less Input Tax Credit $4809.09 ( Do I apply to the GST paid account) Less Finance $6774.62 ( do I apply to the loan account) Look forward to your response. Hi, We have done the below and the same two employees are still having the problem. I receved a private message on the 07.11.23: . "I have escalated this issue to the relevant team and you'll be receiving an email for your case number shortly." Still no contact from MYOB. Very frustrating as everyweek I have to manual input to employes timesheets. This has been going on for 4 months and still no one knows how to resolve. Hiu Earl, Nothing as been respoved. I have done what you have asked with our employees several times. One even bught a new phone and this still hasn't rectified the problem. The problem is two employees cannot view the timesheets function on the app. They can put the hours in but a swirling image appears nothing else. I look forward to your response. Hi Cel, The issue hasn't been rectified. I have attached the screen of one emplyee how her MYOB team looks, she is unable to use timesheets at all however everythiong else on the app she can., timeshets labeled Timesheets. Our other staff member can log hours but MYOB timesheets on their app is blank. Hi Cel, Thank you for your query. When I processed payroll last week, i could process the timesheets as normal. However the problem we still have is that two of my employers cannot view their timesheets in their app. We have removed the app from their phones, checked for upgrades ion their phones, reinstated the app and nothing has fixed this. To see if the phones are the issues we set one of the staff up on another phone and set the app on it and still they were unable to view the timesheets. They can both view payslips and use the app as normal, except to modify timesheets. We would really like this storted as I am manually having to rectify if there are any issues with their timesheets. I also have them supply a hardcopy of timesheets for me to review. I look forward to yur feedback. Hi Doreen, Thank you for your beedback, I have already done all of these suggestions, however I have done again. We still have to employees who cannot view ther timesheets. When I processed pay roll last week there hours were in ho[ever and error did appear (only on the 2 with issues) and then had to delete and create timesheets for them. Hi, We went to proces payroll and one employee could not see timesheets in there app and I was unable to process their timesheets in MYOB Team. i deleted their timesheets and added in myself. All other employees where fine. As a follow up we had him delte the app from his phone and reinstall, still the same problem. We now have two further staff members who are unable to view timesheets in the app. I have reveiewed previous post and follow the insturctions by creating a new location. This also hasn't worked.
