Accountant access
I sent my accountant an invitation to open my MYOB file, and it didn't work. His response was: "We tried to access your MYOB but using the invitation link didn't work and we got denied access. I initially suspected it may have been our security but have checked with our IT and that's not the case - it's MYOB that's denying us access - the error message is "email or password not recognised"" How do I give my accountant access to my file?422Views0likes2Comments
