i am setting up some of our staff to enter purchase orders from myob online. We have a category as a mandatory input so the record can be allocated to certain business functions. for some reason, this is not available on the MYOB online layout for raising a purchase order and because this is mandatory within our file we cannot raise a purchase order from myob online only from the desktop version of essentials.
