Hi Gavin thanks for your reply. actually the issue is from general ledger which is balance sheet account. but I couldn't find the right section for it. so just selected this section. we are using AccountRight plus 2023.7.0. Build is 2023.7.1.5 the problem is there is 150k in one of credit card account in current liability. but no any transaction for this amount if run the history report from begining to today. and opening balance was zero. never had this kind of problem. warm regards Jill472Views0likes2Commentsno transactions record for balance sheet account. but with balance there.
