Hi Geoff_ If you've been recording it using Time Billing, you can run an Activity Slip Detail Report and filter it by the job you want to look at. Hi Jon, I'm sorry to hear that you've had some trouble with this upgrade. The recommendation to uninstall previous versions is to prevent any library issues where an older version's library service can get in the way of the new one. As Mike pointed out we suggest that you check your file back in before doing any upgrades to avoid this situation. Hi Sue, I have checked your account and you're definitely registered for v2013. It will not appear in your list if you're already running the latest version of AccountRight or if you have not registered for updates for this software yet. What I would suggest if you're having trouble with the download would be to go to my.myob and log in using your forum login information.
