I stated that I was using an Administrator Profile (ie I WAS logged into Windows as an Administrator). 2. I wasn't able to go in & "Upgrade" my Company file to be able to overwrite my Library data, because the stupid ''Upgrade" would not complete without throwing up an error. I wanted to know where on my PC (because I couldn't locate it in any temp folders etc) where the actual program update/download file is placed (so that I could try running it again) not the company data. 3. I didn't say I couldn't "see" the Upgrade File in MyMYOB, I said I couldn't "download" it (to avoid trying to find it as per 2 above), I was only able to "download" the pdf files. Eventually, after numerous attempts including logging in & out of MyMYOB several times etc, I was able to successfully download the executable file. Using my extensive knowledge of PCs I was eventually able to successfully install the exe file & subsequently upgrade my Company File. Yet, again SEVERAL PAINFUL HOURS wasted upgrading this software when it should only take 20 minutes!!!! I DO NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM WITH ANY OTHER SOFTWARE whatsoever, ONLY MYOB ACCOUNTRIGHT 201X series!!!!!!! I build & repair PCs for myself & others - I DO know what I am doing when it comes to installing software! Re: AccountRight 2013.3 update now available Have tried to update AR+ from 2013.2 to 2013.3 following instructions & using Administrator profile on Win7. Installation seemed to be going smooth until it threw up an error at the end & then cancelled the installation & since it had already removed 2013.2 in the process I CANNOT USE THE PROGRAM. I know the error is related to Administrator "Ownership" of system folders & files & I have told MYOB about this numerous times over the past couple of years. STILL MYOB have not addressed the Win7 "Trusted Installer" issue hence I have to go through all the dramas AGAIN (that I end up working out myself roundabout ways to get the program installed because Tech support is hopeless & always end up saying "Re-install Windows"). Worse still, whilst updating there was no option of where to store the Upgrade file so who knows where it is stored & so I have to download it direct from MyMYOB (& waste more time) only to find that the site is not allowing me to download any of the Software files only the Pdf files. AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No wonder I won't recommend any of my Clients to update!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
