Body of content of invoices and statements emailed
I have asked previously and it is still a bugbear of mine. Once we have emailed invoices and statements we are unable to see the content of the message sent. We can see the date and time of the email sent (whether it is an invoice or a statement) but we are not able to see any corrspondence relating to that message. I find this very frustrating!!! Other than changing back to all invoices and statement going through outlook (where we can obvously look at all correspondence sent) are there any other options / solutions out there?Solved1KViews0likes1Comment
