Well I hope that was it. I can not wait any longer I need to get my file up to date. I have contacted Macquarie to find out where the problem lies. I am also considering going to Xero.. MYOB service and help is seriously lacking. All these 'great' updates and they can't even get bank feeds to work. Re: Macquarie Bank Feed I agree and I am feeling that we will also cancel the subscription. the response from MYOB has been less than helpful. It is far too long to be 'working on it as a priority'. And the only phone number you can find is their sales team. It is not even listed on the status page that they want everyone to go check each time. It is beyond frustrating and causing me delays in reporting Macquarie Bank Feed Any ETA from MYOB when the bank feeds will recommence from Macquarie - they are down again and have been since last week - 3rd time in the past 4 months.
