Keeping your boards nice and sanitised is obviously a higher priority than addressing customers concerns I take it. How about adressing my points please. Cheers, Toby. Re: AccountRight 2014.2 now available Hi John, I see on the release notes only Win7 and 8 are supported. Why is Vista not supported? We have XP machines that are due an upgrade anyway, but we have another 2 boxes we use for invoicing and accounts that run Vista, which is still a supported operating system, and is incredibly similar in its architecture to Win7. I am somewhat hacked off we need to purchase 4 boxes / Win licenses instead of just the 2 I was planning on. Also as an aside to anyone upgrading to this version I recommend downloading the upgrade from my.myob and installing it manually. The install button within the program itself caused me a world of hurt last time. Cheers, Toby. Edit: Also you recommend an i5?! I'm doing the invoices and accounts, not playing battlefield 4. Why does your software need an i5? Re: AccountRight 2014.1 now available I am still awaiting for a reply to my question regarding the upgrade PDF. You have about 30 minutes until I assume that not only is your organisation incompetent, you also flat out LIE to your customers to project an image on these boards that is very, very far from the truth. Toby. Re: AccountRight 2014.1 now available @ JasonHill We get upstream 10 Mbps and downstream 60 Mbps with a latency of 20ms on every terminal we use for this program. If you have any other bright ideas why don't you share them with the thread instead of posting things like "there are many factors in your computer environment that can affect performance" which say absolutely nothing. Can you please ask Suja to reply. Toby. Re: AccountRight 2014.1 now available @ Suja_P The other factors obviously being limitations in your coding and or your servers. When will this be rectified? Also you appear to be lying about that screenshot being included in http://download.myob.com.s3-ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com/arl/AccountRight_2014.1_Update_Instructions_NZ.pdf. Can you please explain? Toby. Re: AccountRight 2014.1 now available @ Suja_P The update instructions are not complete. As I outlined in the other thread upgrading your software across multiple PC's and upgrading the company file IS NOT EXPLAINED. This wasted most of my Monday. Please rectify the situation so other customers do not get as **bleep** off as me. Toby. Re: AccountRight 2014.1 now available Hi Jason, I do appreciate that this is your forum, but your answers are corporate astro turfing of the highest order. Overwhelmingly positive? I mean't accountright online. Can you please explain why upgrading our business DSL to VDSL has resulted in no speed increase of your software? Performance for everything else we use our connection for has increased hugely. For example, why is it so painfully slow allocating invoices in pay bills? Toby. Re: AccountRight 2014.1 now available Hi Jason, You may want to read my complaints here also. http://community.myob.com/t5/Installing-and-upgrading/Upgrading-to-new-version-2014-1/m-p/254325/highlight/false#M1891 I also have another complaint. We upgraded out DSL connection last week to VDSL. It has made no difference to the performance of your software. Why is it so slow? If I had the choice I can assure you I would be reverting to Premier 19.5 and running an enterprise server solution. Accountright premier online has left me thoroughly jaded. Toby.
