Bank feeds: Starting from a particular date
When we are setting our new clients up on Liveaccounts it is very difficult to predict when the livefeed will start. We have some clients who don't want to go back and enter in the first part of the year (they will justcollate their data from both systems at 30 June). For example, if we could set a date at least 2 weeksinto the future (such as start of month, or BAS period) then it would be easier to merge the clients onto liveaccounts. Hi, I requested a bank feed for one of our bank accounts on 19/3/24 & my bank is showing it as active. However, in 'manage bank feeds' within myob, it is showing a status of 'awaiting bank' & no feeds have come through yet. I also noticed that the status of an existing bank feed for a different account also has the same status although the transactions are coming through fine. I would have expected that one to have a status of 'Active - Awaiting Transactions' based on the status descriptions. Would appreciate some assistance as the time is drawing near for quarterly BAS lodgement. Regards Nicky137Views0likes3CommentsBank Transactions missing from a QIF IMPORT
I am having several issues with MYOB Business. I normally import a QIF file into my bank account feed. It has not pulled through all bank transactions for that time period even though they have cleared. I have tried deleting previous data imports however it won't let me delete them. Then when i go banking, banking transactions its not letting me view previoulsy allocated bank transactions for the bank account however it will let me for the debit card. I have tried contacting support and i'm not having very much luck at all. Creating a lot of stress for a volunteer position.92Views0likes1CommentBank feeds: Ability to delete transactions
Yes deleting bank feeds would be fantasic right now! For some reason my bank feeds have dates on transactions don't match my actual bank statement dates. (I'm asking my bank about this) This makes it hard to reconcile my accounts and put the correct data in for quarterly bas returns! Please a simple 'delete' option next to each bank feed would be great, like you have for manually imported bank statements? It would be very handy to have a tick box in MYOB Essentials than turned on email notiication by MYOB whenever it receives a new updated daily bank feed so you know when the prior days feed has been imported. The email should state something like the last 4 digits of the bank account or short name and the time it was processed by MYOB. Along with bank accounts, can you please add bank feed's from Fuel Card providers (i.e. Caltex/BP/Fleet Card/Motor pass etc). This will make it easier than having to manually upload statements each month. Thanks Andrew "Fuel Cards added to bank feeds"1.4KViews0likes1CommentBank rules: Does not contain
Please include a "does not contain" feature within the bank rules screen, this feature is available in competitor products and works extremely well when trying to make exclusion rules such as: Description contains BP and Description does not contain BPAY. Hi, I'm finding that I have to import statements for each of my loans, I have 3, plus my mastercard. It would really save me a lot of time if I could set up a Bank Feed for my Loan Accounts just like I have for my Main Business Account. Why cant I do this? Thanks. Can you bring back the date the bank feed was last updated? I found this really useful for reviewing budgets - i.e. knowing how much of the month's sales till takings have been downloaded by MYOB, etc. Ideally it could be placed next to each account amount, after clicking 'In the Bank' on the main page.
