CURRENT ISSUE WITH LINKED DOCUMENTS BETWEEN BROWSER VERSION AND DESKTOP APP (AccountRight)
The linked documents do not sync between the two versions. I've been told by the support that at the moment I have to attach the documents on the desktop APP as it doesn't sync when I did that on the browser version. That's really inconvenient and not practical. Hopefully, it can be rectified soon.MYOB Capture App
Hi, we are receiving poor quality captures into our MYOB tray. Is there anyway MYOB can improve the quality of the capture to be more like a scanned document such as iPhone Notes scan document uses? We just can't use the captures, they are not clean enough and often very distorted when viewing them during the processing stages.
