Need to make all reports exportable to excel Cant export trial balance to excel Cant export GST reports to excel Balance sheet exports account numbers and account description into separate columns yet P&L is concatenated - WHY? It would be good to have the ability to generate a Balance Sheet and P&L that shows prior period comparative data within Live Accounts. If possible, the option to show additional columns such as $ movement or % movement would be helpful also. Most accountants would find this helpful in analyzing the performance of a business. Hi there, I can't seem to find any reports under the Bills section which show the supplier invoice number, they all seem to have the expense number as automatically applied by MYOB which is totally useless. Please there must be an easy way to show all Bills with the suppliers invoice number on it but I just can't seem to find it. Hi there At the moment MyobLive doesn't seem to have much automated functionalityfor BAS. Given that the system already calcuates the BAS it seems really odd that the user has to manually create a spend journal or a reversal to allocate GST Paid, Collected, PAYG instalment etc, and also fill in the ATO forms. Surely this could all be automated, afterall it's the most confusing thing for small business and the one where MYOB already does much of the heavy lifting (in my case, the main reason for using the package in the first place). Could we please have reports of Payables with Tax and Receivables with Tax as per AccountRight included in Essentials? I think that most Essentials customers report GST on a cash basis. One of the checks I perform before submitting a BAS is to check the balances of the GST Collected and GST Paid accounts against the amounts to be reported in the BAS. With non-cash reporting, the two should match so that's easy. With cash reporting the difference should be the GST on outstanding payables and receivables at the end of the quarter. Hi Team In AR 2011 there are two reports under Accounts/Small Business Entity - Profit & Loss (Cash) Account Trainsactions (Cash). Smaller businesses often report BAS on a Cash basis and therefore it would be useful to also to be able to report P&L on a cash basis. As Live Accounts is targeted at the smaller businesses, who are most likely to report on a cash basis, I feel that this should be a high priority for LA as an additional report or two. I would like to hear whether this is felt to be a good idea, or to understand why this would not be useful. Currently the General Ledger Report only shows descriptions for the Bank Accounts and has a blank spot on all other General Ledger Accounts. We need to be able to at least see a description on the General Ledger Report for ALL General Ledger Accounts otherwise we have to manually drill down into every transaction to ensure it has been coded to the correct General Ledger. This is a must for Accountants from an EOY perspective. Even better, it would be great if you could customise the General Ledger Report to add various fields such as Payees etc. Please can we get this basic information included ASAP!!!
