ABA bulk payment file not working
I have had trouble with our bulk payment file for wages not loading with the bank. It has been happening for 5 weeks now. I just get an error when trying to load it within our internet banking saying there is and issue and they are working on it. I have had multiple conversations with the bank and they have told me it is not a problem on their end. We aren't getting any errors in MYOB when creating the file though? Any help with this would be appreciated! Paying 30 staff individually each week is not ideal. Thank you!Solved82Views0likes3Comments
Two bank accounts for Electronic Payments
Currently we are making Electronics Payments using ABA bank files in AccountRight. Our main bank account is linked already for this purpose. We now need to pay suppliers from a second bank account as well, therefore we have two operating savings bank accounts that we must be able to make payments from through Electronic Payments. Can I link two (2) bank accounts for Electronic Payments in AccountRight? If the method of using ABA bank files does not allow this, could direct payments from a debit card make this work?Solved1.6KViews0likes4Comments
