Unable to confirm company files online
Hi I am having difficulty confirming my company file online. I am using MYOB RetailBasics and have successfully used this link (https://confirmation.myob.com/confirm?) to confirm our company file several times before but now i get an error Error reason: CompanyDataFile Exception. Exceeded maximum confirmations within allowable time period. It says to use the chat box at bottom of the page but there is none and i saw that a few months ago that some one had a similar problem and had success posting here, we have four days left then we will not be able to use our till. any help would be greatly appreciated
Confirmation file
Hi, It is that time of the quarter again MYOB asking for the confirmation file. We own the old AccountRight software, The annual request for confirmation file went to semi annual, and then quarterly, Now, every two months, the software request for confirmation file again. I think our last moderator who held several times, Princess_R might be on leave. Can someone please assist ? Send me a msg, I will send serial no and fingerprint etc.. TQ
