Import/Export - complete overhaul
Since it's impossible (I think) to get a list of employee start and finish dates without exporting the cards, please completely overhaul the export function. Allow to double click an item to send it to or from the included item list. Allow to save selections for the various exports I need to run several times a month. I waste an awful lot of time reselecting items. Allow to sort items in alphabetical order, or search, or something, instead of scrolling through a list hoping you'll catch a glimpse of the item you need. That'll do for starters.
