Inventory: Increase character limit for Item name
It would be really handy if the item name could be longer than 30 characters, if we could have a maximum of 50 characters it would make life much easier. Iknow that you can select to use the description instead but this doesn't show up everywhere in MYOB and sometimes we need that space for other information. We have over 5000 different items in our file and 30 words is justnot enough most of the time. :smileyhappy: "Item name length needs to be longer"19KViews68likes33CommentsSales: Being able to add a image (photo) to invoice.
If I have an image loaded onto an Inventory Item, how do I get this image onto a quote? If so how can this be done as an automatic action when I quote on inventory items? Thank you Jo "How to transfer images from inventory onto Quotations'20KViews60likes38CommentsPurge: Items
Hi, Needing to delete about 3,500 inventory items that have not been used in over 7 years (do not have anything in the history tab on these items) Can a feature be added in an upgrade to enable removal of old items rather than just marking them inactive. I would like to see the option of displaying back-ordered items on packing slips. This would inform the receiver of the goods of what is on back-order. The back-orders are on the invoice, but our system is that this document goes to accounts, not with the goods. Hi, I would like to add a sugestion. I rang up as I was having an issue when entering an item into the items list and adding a Standard cost for what we purchase the item for from our suppliers. It automatically assumes the item is including tax. I think you should have the option to exclude tax as that is how we purchase and sell items at this business. Instead I have to either add GST to the price when entering it (which doesn't always work) when entering it into supplier Invoice or Supplier Purchase order. Just a thought as it would save time. This is something long overdue and I, along with any client that "Sells" items have found that its non existence to be a severe shortcoming in MYOB. The pricing matrix is not flexibleenough for offeringcustomers special deals to gain their businesss in the competitive marketplace . Most of my Inventory clients have had to purchase an Add-on or completley change software which is unfortunate Please revisit this issue Lynne Wagner Zebra Accounting and Business Systems 'Special pricing for customers based on an individual item"13KViews36likes13CommentsInventory: Items List - Include Committed and On order columns
Inventory list should have not only SOH but also columns for committed and quantity on order. This would be super helpful instead of having to drill into each item. Also when entering orders it should show available stock so you know when you have run out of stock. "Inventory:6.7KViews32likes19CommentsForms: (Item) Invoices - Discounted unit price column
Hi I thought I would just write a post as I've searched all over to solve this problem and I assume that it can't be altered but thought I'd try the forum as a last try. Basically we run AccountRight Premier V19.6. When printing an item invoice it has the unit price (lets say $10) and then the discount colum (let's say 20%) and then the total which is the extended price (so the total number of units x the unit price less the discount). My question is is there any way to add a column on the printed invoice that has the unit price adjusted for the discount so if someone was buying 10 items at $10 with a 20% discount it would show the item price $10 less discount 20% is unit price $8 and then extended price $80, so that customers can see what the discounted unit price is.
