Impossible to get assistance
We no longer need one of our MYOB account subscriptions and it is impossible to get any help. You would think online where there is a "cancel subscription" button it would then lead you to easily get that done. No, it gives you a generic number to call where you sit on hold for over an hour for the person to just hang up on you.Subscription expired
I tried to log in to the company file today and it told me the subscription has expired. I then paid using the quote reference number as it said I would be able to use the file immediately once i made payment this way but i'm still getting the subscription expired message.Solved716Views0likes2Comments
