Jobs: Ability to allocate non chargeable activities
It would be very handy to be able to allocate a job to a non chargeable activities. We do R&D and need to track staff costs by job coding, however it is not chargeable and you cant have a chargeable activity without selecting a customer. While you can consolidate activities on time billing invoices, if there are multiple jobs the amounts are split on the invoice per job. It would be good to have the job allocation hidden as with payroll as customers don't necessarily need to see the job allocation as this is normally an internal reporting function. "Time Billing"
Time Billing: Activity Slip - Notes field increase character limit
It would be extremely useful if more characters could be inserted into the notes field of an activity slip. Any chance this can be incorporated into the next upgrade? Personally, I need at least 4 times the amount you currently have. 'Activity Slip - Increase limit of Notes field."
