I'm trying to post a customer's partial payment to an invoice.

The result is displayed

ERROR

AN UNBLANCED TRANSACTION MAY NOT BE RECORDED.

Thanks for your post, and my apologies for the late response. I recommend visiting this post, which addresses the same issue you are experiencing and provides a solution. An unbalanced transaction may not be recorded.
