monthly invoice statement will not open. Blank page

I have had this problem for months and have had various pc techs look at it. I am treasurer of a club and cannot get the invoice to open. It downloads with a blank page. I am the second name on the account. Should I change the name of the owner (they started the account for the club).  This problem started after there was a glitch in the system back in Aug 23 (I think). Hope you can help.
