Business Contact cannot send STP reports

we updated the business contact to our payroll person but it's not allowing her to submit payroll reports. can you help?

no error message, she is unable to submit and not shaded to allow

Can you please provide a screenshot of the window so I can take a look into this.

when our Business Contact goes to STP reporting it does not allow her to click on send - see attached but she was able to complete and finalise the EOY 2022

Thanks for the screenshot. The latest report sent to via STP reporting appears as sent, has the status now updated as accepted ? Can you please confirm what the status is.

i have always been the contact and did send the first stp for this financial year but the new contact did the EOY reconcilation and sent them to the ATO but she cannot send the weekly stp reports - I can still send them but i thought changing the contact meant that she could send the weekly reports?

Hi @meldon, 

If she is a new contact reporting STP, she would need to be added as a declarer. This help article has information and instructions on how to add a declarer. 

If she has already been added as a declarer, lease confirm what the returned status is of the rejected reports.

hi Melisa,  it appears that our new contact can send payroll info but only when she has completed the payrun.  she cannot go back into the reporting and send at a later date - query why?

This Help Article Send Single Touch Payroll reports after processing payroll  has instructions on how you can send Not sent reports via STP reporting. If she doesn't have this option I will need a screenshot of the Payroll reporting centre window that she gets when clicking on Payroll reporting in AccountRight so I can take a look into this.
