Employee Self-Onboarding not showing in card file

Hi,

A new employee has completed the self-boarding but it isn't showing in our card files. Is there something we need to do extra to set it up?

Same Issue - need to do payroll now, so just entered their card manually, but the employee also completed their tax info via MyGov but I have no idea on how to find or link that information either

the same is happening to me too and I cant seem to get any assistance.  Its been over a week since my employees filled in the forms online and I cant get through to anyone etiher here or by phone??

Can you please get one of the employees to submit the form again, and take a screenshot of their screen once it's successfully submitted? Please send me that screenshot and your product serial number by Private Message, so we can check what's going on?
