Oops something went wrong

Hi, I too am unable to access the payroll reporting centre. I am running windows 8.1. Please advise how to fix this.

I am also very annoyed as it has been like this for some weeks, but MYOB still manage to take my full subscription each month!

Re: Oops something went wrong

Hi @KimD

Our teams have investigated users getting a Something went wrong error when accessing the STP reporting centre. The cause of that error appears to be out-of-date Windows versions and security certificates. To resolve the error we recommend making sure Windows and security updates are completed and that you are using a supported version: System requirements

If the file is not online, you will need to put it online to set up and lodge STP Phase 2. This can also resolve that error as you're connecting to the ATO in an up-to-date browser.

Please let me know if you need further help.

Kind regards,
Komal
