I have upgraded to AccountRight 2020.2.2

When attempting to record July payroll entries the error message is that entries can only be made in the current or past years. With this upgrade there is no rollover into the next year. What do I do?

Hi @Over-Boots 

We are aware that AccountRight 2020.2 will generate an error message relating to the financial year when the payment date of 01/07/2020 or later is entered.

Those payroll transactions i.e. ones dated 01/07/2020 onwards will be able to be processed from the first date of that payroll year i.e. from 01/07/2020 onwards. There is no requirement to roll or close your financial year to complete that process.
