Attempts to change the password does not result in the email from MYOB What can I do? Colin Super Reversals I have recently discovered that we are underpaying Super as it was set in MYOB as 9.5% That issue is now fixed however I need to reverse and reprocess the Super payments for FY22 FY23 FY24. I am following the instructions in "Reversing and Reprocessing Super Payments however I am running into trouble with thde reversal Process. I am obviously doing something wrong as MYOB is not concluding the reversal transaction. Screen prints as below. CAn you assist please? SolvedMYOB Cloud and MYOB Veb Browser In accordance with advice from Community Support I have entered the March payroll entries successfully in thw Web Browser,. However these entries are not relected in the MYOB Cloud. Also the invoice entries in the Web Broswer are not uo to date. I now have two versions of MYOB, one in the Cloud the other in the Web Browser, bot incomplete and not up to date! How do I resolve this? However these entries are not reflected in MYOB Cloud We have used the Cloud version for some time and wish to continue to do so. How do we get the payroll dentries reflected in the Cloud version? Colin SolvedPayslips After many months of successfull payroll processing I now receive this message when attemptting to email payslips "Default form cannot be found" I do not undestand where to go to follow the instructions "To select another form click Print/Email Payslip etc" Can you assist please Colin SolvedPayroll & others I recently uninstalled and reinstalled MYOB on my PC to allow me to work. Previously I was in the cloud for both my PC and Laptop (same file). Now when I try to upload from the PC I am advsied that a subscription is required even though I have one, I have uninstalled MYOB from my Laptop but ythis does not fix the problem. I have Payroll in the subject headind as currently I am unable to complete the payroll process .I have several screenshots if that is of use. Can you advise please Colin Re: Not Tax Ready Now see what to do, thanks for your help Not Tax Ready My staff are receiving messages on MyGov that our wages and tax information is "not tax ready." Looking at posts on the communitiy forum the solution is for the finacial year has to be turned over. I am very hesitant to do that this close to year end. Is there another solution? Re: Emailing customer invoices Thanks Korrmal, still have the problem. The email log has entries for the CUstomer RSEA however I manually entered these when I discovered the problem. Invoices procseed after 13 Septemner do not appear. Please refer attacged screen captures. BTW emails ssent from MYOB in the cloud have never appeared in the Outlook Sent box.
