Payroll & others

I recently uninstalled and reinstalled MYOB on my PC to allow me to work.

Previously I was in the cloud for both my PC and Laptop (same file).

Now when I try to upload from the PC I am advsied that a subscription is required even though I have one,

I have uninstalled MYOB from my Laptop but ythis does not fix the problem.

I have Payroll in the subject headind as currently I am unable to complete the payroll process .I have several screenshots if that is of use.

Can you assist me please

  • Hi Over-Boots 

     

    If the company file was stored in the cloud you would just need to select Open a Company file>>Online and enter your account details before selecting the required file.
