Hi. I just spent over an hour on the phone to myob and then was disconnected. The person i spoke with did not understand the issue i am having. I am hoping to get a response on here as I can see there are plenty of other people with the same issue.
Every document I have ever attached to a transaction over the last 4 years are no longer there. The title of the attachment can be seen but the document itself does not exist. I have not changed serial number (I can see this was an issue for other users), but for some reason I cannot access any document I have ever saved.
Could someone please get back to me. As you can appreciate this is a big issue.

Sorry to hear that you feel that way. Please send us your product serial number by Private Message and we'll check what's wrong. As a test, can you please try attaching a new document now and check if you can open that one without any issues ?
