Can't turn off Invoices reminder

Hi 

I am unable to turn off invoices reminders for clients.

I know the right steps but everytime I click on invoice reminders, nothing comes up. it seems like this option is not working for me.

Thank you so much for your post. If the invoice screen reminders is blank, you'll need to open your AccountRight Browser app.myob.com. Go into Sales Settings > Reminders > Reminders Settings.

I changed the settings to "send to specific customers" and logged into MYOB again and still same problem when I go to cusotmers card/ selling details/ invoice reminders.

Thanks for the screenshot. We do recommend clearing up your browser's cache and history and try logging in from a different browser.

Please do let me know if you're still having the same issue after following those steps above.
