Email addresses bouncing

Hi there,

 

I have a supplier email that keeps bouncing when I send a remittance through MYOB. The same thing is happening with one of our employee emails when sending payslips. Is there anyone that can sort this out for me? Could they be blacklisted emails?

Please send us their email addresses by Private Message and we'll check if they are blacklisted on our end.
