Item Record ID

Do any of you know why the Item Record ID (the number MYOB generates and cannot be modified) has disappeared from the fields available for export with the Import and Export Assistant? Or how create an excel file with it and the item number?? Cheers.

Unfortunately MYOB have never exposed the RecordID for Items in the import or export process (v19 or AR2022), this is one of the reasons you cannot update Item Numbers in bulk. If interested in renumbering Items in bulk, take a look at FGH File Utility MYOX - this has this feature, however you will need to take the file offline as the utility only works while the file is offline.

Thank you Gavin, that is a pity. I was using Account Edge Pro, which allowed the export of Item Record Ids, and then migrated to Account Right.
