When we create and send invoices via the Invoice app the attachments are not sending - only a link. Our customers are wanting the PDF with the invoice. They will not click on a link in an email for security reasons.
Seems to work fine when sending from the desktop.
Any ideas?

Emails sent through the MYOB Invoices app are directly sent through via the MYOB Invoice Portal with a link included in the email. Unlike the desktop application, those emails would not have the provision to include that invoice as a PDF attachment.
Should you wish to have a PDF attached to the invoice then you would need to email those invoices via the Desktop application.
