PDF invoice attachment not sending via Invoice App

When we create and send invoices via the Invoice app the attachments are not sending - only a link.  Our customers are wanting the PDF with the invoice.  They will not click on a link in an email for...

    Hi user1000_0 

     

    Emails sent through the MYOB Invoices app are directly sent through via the MYOB Invoice Portal with a link included in the email. Unlike the desktop application, those emails would not have the provision to include that invoice as a PDF attachment.


    Should you wish to have a PDF attached to the invoice then you would need to email those invoices via the Desktop application.
