Random bulk email

Hi,

 

We have just had a client receive 634 email invoices from us, which was every invoice we have ever given them. We haven't done anything to make this happen, almost all of the invoices are closed (98%).

 

Hoping somebody can help as (understandably), the client is fuming.

I hear you. I've been on hold for 1:30 also, I've emailed through my concern, transferred to somebody else and put on hold again. MYOB customer service is an absolute joke. I've just hung up, no wonder Xero is going so well.

Sorry to hear you've had trouble getting assistance with this. So that I can look into this can you send me a screenshot of the Sent emails window filtered by the date those emails were sent by private message.

Re: Print/Email Invoices - After Printing, Invoices Show Back Up In To Be Printed Screen

We have had a similar issue, one client received every invoice we have ever sent them since 2014 (700+ invoices), another two random invoices from 2020 today for two separate customers.

I have tried to get help from MYOB, but so far they have offered absolutely no help.

Keen to hear if anyone has a solution.
