Reports not loading

I have been trying to run several reports through out Accountright file but they are not loading. They don't even timeout and prompt an application error, just keep trying to load. The main report i have issues with is the GL Details report for a single account for December.

I have tried restarting computer, closing out all MYOB files, but it continues to not work.

Please can you address this issue.

Can you please generate the diagnostic log after the reports fail so we can check what's causing the issue ?
