Hi Customer Support,
This request was sent yesterday 31/1/2024.
Yet again we have this problem where MYOB where we are unable to change a Sales Order to an invoice after making changes. It just keeps timing out. We are constantly having problems with this as well as inventory and it is happening on a frequent basis. Now it is end of month and a most inconvenient time.
Could you please run a Combined Inventory Script over our File ID No. 1 ASAP as this has fixed the problem in previous times, even if it is only for a short period of time.
If this could be done ASAP would be appreciated as we are trying to finalise 31st January 2024 and cannot do so because of this issue.
