Hi Support, URGENT ASSISTANCE We are having issues with MYOB yet again when trying to convert a Purchase Order to an invoice. It just keeps timing out. We have had these issues before and Support has run a "Combined Inventory Script" and this has fixed the problem till it happens next time. Can you please urgently run this script as this is happening on multiple PO's trying to be converted to an Invoice as being EOFY as you can imagine things are busy busy and frustrations are high. can someone assist here please. I have an employee who has a HECS debt and his monthly debt is taken out as a deduction and then added to the PAYG that is paid to ATO every month. He is saying that this is not being shown on his end saying these deductions are being paid. Maybe I have not set up correctly. Can someone advise so I can check that the setup is correct. I cannot see how MOCA works and it also says on their to contact the Forum. This problem has been an issue for years and to say the least frustrating. Hi Support, We are having the same issue as always and I keep having to contact you to run the "Combined Inventory Script" which usually fixes the issue. We have a Sales Order that will not convert to an invoice, it keeps timing out and not responding. Can I have someone please run the script URGENTLY as we are fast approaching End of Month. Hi Earl, Issue still not resolved. Can you please run the Combined Inventory Script again. It is only 1 invoice that will not record, all the others at present are fine and no issues recording them. Hi Support, Same old problem, Myob will not record an invoice just keeps spinning and timing out. We have had this issue multiple times and you have run a Combined Inventory Script for us and it fixes the issue sometimes for a short period of time and sometimes we are lucky that it is for a longer time. Hi I have had this issue on multiple occasions where a purchase invoice will not save and when you try to record it just spins and spins until it times out. Each time I have contacted Support they have run a Combined Inventory Script for me and this fixes the issues for a while. Could you please run this script ASAP for me on File ID 1.
