PURCHASE INVOICE NOT RECORDING

Hi I have had this issue on multiple occasions where a purchase invoice will not save and when you try to record it just spins and spins until it times out. Each time I have contacted Support they have run a Combined Inventory Script for me and this fixes the issues for a while.

 

Could you please run this script ASAP for me on File ID 1. Serial no. ending 0861.

    Hi Sai,

    I have this exact problem. "Some" supplier cards can't save purchases. They simply time out. When I try entering that purchase using the upload I get a "Supplier not found" but obviously the customer exists. Please can you try running your script over our File. It might fix our issue.

    Hi RodneyPollen

     

    Bit of a weird one. If you’re getting a timeout when saving your purchase transactions, best bet is to give our support team a shout. You can create a support ticket from the MyAccount window or jump on live chat with MOCA, our virtual assistant.

     

    For that “supplier not found” hiccup, try uploading those docs again and see if that does the trick. If it’s still playing up, our support team will help with that as well.
