Magsyou mean it doesn't purge data?? wow... I was thinking it would. I am used to MYOB v15 where I copied the file so I can always go back to the data but my file doesn't end up huge, then I close off a year and it purges all the data ready for the next year. What happens when you close a year in AccountRight? (haven't done one yet) - does it just lock it so you can't edit, but keep all the old data there?
