I am ambivalent about changes to the appearance of my bill, but am disappointed to hear that there is no mention of even an option to receive a PDF copy of the bill. This means that every month, every client needs to stop what they are doing, work out how to log in to MYOB, find their bill and download it rather than just saving it straight from an email. I find this a pointless loss of productivity.

More work for the client and less accountability by MYOB. This has been a long standing strategy of the 'new and improved' MYOB. This is why we're moving away from MYOB. Just in case leadership at MYOB is reading this - pay attention to your clients. You know the ones who pay your fees and your salaries.
