I have so far spent 2 hours and 6 minutes on hold to finally speak to someone re this and was promised an email ("within 10 minute once we hang up" he said). By that afternoon I went on webchat to follow up. Took one hour and 48 minutes for a response. I wasnt able to get to the webchat so missed that. This morning, still waiting for the email. Called - 3 hours wait time. So I hung up. Web chat - so far 45 minutes and no response.
I am sure MYOB could have predicted the increase in calls, and 3 hours wait time for a response is insulting to subscribers. I am seriously considering transferring to another software as I am sure it would be quicker!
