Hi Mike_MYOB​ 

Our company is using the msi version, that happened last time that msi wasn't released on time.

it's quite urgent now, tomorrow is our pay day, and the finance team is unable to use the app. While portal is missing msi. Could you please confirm when will it get released? Please reply its urgent.

    Hi zohrawaqar​ - there will be no new versions for MSI (The same as for AccountRight Server Edition)

      Thank you for your response yesterday.

      We have deployed MYOB AccountRight PC Edition 2026.06 through Intune by packaging the application and making it available in the Company Portal. Although Intune reports the installation as successful, the application does not appear on the device after installation. It is also not listed under Installed Apps, and users are unable to launch or access it.

      We suspect that the installer may be using a bootstrapper, which could be causing Intune to detect the installation as successful without actually installing the full application.

      This issue is critically impacting our operations. Could you please advise whether there is a compatible version of AccountRight that can be deployed via Intune, or if there are any specific deployment requirements for version 2026.06?

      Our company file is hosted online; however, we are currently unable to use the new edition due to this installation issue.

      We would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed.

        I checked with the team (this is beyond my personal technical capability!)
        They have advised:

        When installing from InTune, it typically runs the same command .\MYOB_AccountRight_Internal_Setup.exe -allusers in Admin mode through InTune unless there are other specific settings

        Can you please check your registry key if ARL is installed at machine level?

         

        You should see 2026.6 registry key in below location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\MYOB\AccountRight Client\2026.6
