Hi Gordons2 , sorry the team have a high volume of cases at the moment and are behind on the usual time to respond.
You do not have to move your file online.
If you want to continue using your file offline, then you will need to install AccountRight server edition which will continue to work with an offline mode after June 17th, this software will not receive any further updates after June.
And the high volume of cases has been caused by this horrible decision, brought in at the worst possible time! Absolutely Myob's fault that there is a high volume of cases & I can't believe that the high volume is being used as an excuse for extended response times!!!!

Hi everyone - just wondering if MYOB will do us the courtesy of updating the tax tables and SGL percentages for the 26-27 financial year on both PC and server editions before 17th June deadline for those of us who will have to resort to using the server edition as we have payrolls to process after 17th June

Hmm, given that they are not going to be supporting my perpetual license any more I tried to cancel my support subscription but no reply from the support request and I did not find a way to do it online. I am not expecting much love as we part ways.

Hi mistyben , sorry for a slower reply. I was trying to confirm this internally before posting a response.
SE will have the new tax tables as part of its final update with 2026.5 on June 17th
PC Edition will also have the new tax tables, but that's a given as it will continue to receive monthly updates ongoing for online files. If a customer installs a version of PC edition prior to 2026.5, it will not have the new tax tables- mistyben2 days agoExperienced User
thanks for the update Mike, but you didn't mention if the SGL increase will also be included in the final SE update
