1 MIN READ Heads up, Solmates: the Australian Government's ABN Lookup service is clocking off for a bit of scheduled maintenance from Friday 7 November 9:00 PM to Monday 10 November 8:00 AM (AEST). That means any Solo feature that checks or verifies your ABN might not play nice during that window. While applying for Tap to Pay, for example, you could run into this misleading error message: “ABN not found. Check that the ABN was entered correctly and try again.” So before you triple-check your typing and spiral into existential doubt, just know that it’s not you, it’s them. If your ABN’s valid and everything looks right, sit tight and try again once they’re back online. 1 MIN READ Hey Solmates! We’re rolling out a few improvements to make bills simpler and managing your Solo account a whole lot easier. Here’s what’s changing and what to expect. What’s changing Payment processing via Stripe. We’re partnering with Stripe to handle automatic recurring payments for your Solo subscription. There’s nothing you need to do — we’ll use the same credit card or bank account to deduct payments automatically. You may receive a confirmation email from Stripe when this is set up. All your account info in one place. We’ve added more functionality to My Account, so it’s the single place to manage your Solo account details — update contacts, manage your subscription, update business details, and handle billing information. Bills move to My Account. Once your account is moved, we’ll say goodbye to emailed PDF invoices. You’ll be able to view current and past bills and download a PDF copy directly from My Account. A brief maintenance window. As we roll out these improvements, there will be a short overnight downtime during the migration (weekend of 21 November 2025) where you won’t be able to access Solo or My Account. You can keep an eye on any scheduled maintenance at status.myob.com.
