Head to myob.com/contactus to find all of the options available.
Or else a great option is signing in to myaccount.myob.com where you have the option to lodge a support ticket or start a chat with our virtual assistant MOCA. A reply to a very old post - a year later and it's more difficult to contact a technical adviser on the phone. Please note that when a user rings - it's because the issue is urgent and a fix is needed. Logging a support request online and hoping to receive a timely response can be quite frustrating.
