Accountants Office Tax Returns

Hi, 

Whenever anyone in our firm tries to access a Income tax return that is in progress the existing Tax Return is gone and replaced with an empty Interest and dividends paid box. Is there anything we can do to fix this?

    I understand that you have lodged a support ticket with our team who have contacted you with regards to that enquiry. From the notes on the account, it does look like the process worked as intended at the time when testing it further.
