AO Edit Configuration of data file

I need to change the configuration of a data file in AO.  The client was AR but now Essentials.

 

In the client tab, click Client Accounting I get the attached error and then the option to change  (the left hand side bar) has disappeared.

 

I am an administratior on the Essentials data file.

 

Why wont it let me change what type  of data file to access

    in case anyone else has this issue

    old essential files need a script run

    new essential files look on first tab to add them.

    Any Mods on here that can help with this as I have to complete the financials for the client.

     

    or who to call to get this sorted.
